  • 100 gm quinoa
  • 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes (you can substitute with any variety of tomatoes)
  • ½ cup small radishes
  • 1 spring oinion
  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
  • Juice of halve a lemon or 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon powder chilI pepper
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • black peeper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds


  1. Place the quinoa in fine colander and rinse with cold water. cook for 10 minutes in boiling water, and then drain carefully.
  2. Wash the tomatoes, wipe dry and dice to quarters. Wash and trim the radishes and slice finely. Peel the spring onion and chop finely, including the green stem.
  3. Combine the quinoa and the salad vegetables in a salad bowl. In a separate bowl mix the vinegar, sesame seeds and pepper; add oil and whisk. Pour the dressing ontothe salad, add pasley, season to taste and toss.
  4. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
