Billed as the country’s biggest adventure sports event at a grand event in a five-star hotel in the national capital on Saturday, Kapil Dev inaugurated the Adventure Sports Expo Asia 2018. The three-day long adventure sports extravaganza began on Jan 28 and witness participation from over 15000 visitors apart from various brands from across the globe.

The expo has received strong support by various Ministries & forums such as Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, Air India – the official Airline partner, ATTA (Adventure Travel Trade Association), UIAA (International Climbing and Mountaineering Federation), OTOAI (Outbound Tour Operators Association of India) etc.

The All-New Maruti Suzuki Swift Is What You All Need
Maruti Suzuki India (MSI), the country’s largest car manufacturer, is all set to launch its new variant – the all-new Swift for the year 2018. It is the third generation Swift which is lighter, stronger and fuel efficient as the car is based on Heartect platform. • Space
There is a lot more cabin space and boot space in the new Swift due to the longer wheelbase (20 mm longer). The boot space is a big surprise, with 28 percent more space (58 liters more than before) compared to the earlier version.

As far as riding at the back side is concerned, there is more leg-space than before. Maruti Suzuki claims that people of 6 feet height can comfortably sit in the front and at the back, at the same time.
On the function front side, the new Maruti Swift also gets SmartPlay infotainment system, Push-Start Stop key, Automated heating and cooling, intelligent key, flat-bottomed steering wheel with installed sound control and much more.

The dashboard is all-black plastic and the panel is silver in color.For a car of this segment, there’s ample cubby space to keep your things.
New circular central AC vents along with big rotary controls for climate control, adds a good touch. The instrument cluster is new as well, with twin hooded binnacles for the speedometer and the tachometer.

How’s it to drive?
The pickup is smooth but in the mid-range, you can feel a bit flat. But rev it a bit harder and the engine comes alive above 4,000 rpm. The braking is impressive and very responsive.

The phrase “crashing into a building” took on a new significance Weekend when a car in Southern California hit in a center divider, went airborne and plowed into the 2nd floor of a dentist’s workplace.

Pictures taken by the local fire team show the white automobile partially wedged into the building, its rear end totally exposed as it moved to one side.

The car was traveling at a high speed when it hit the center divider. Horner said the driver was not driving parallel to the divider; instead, it was arriving from a part road and slammed into the divider.

Two people were in that car. One handled to get out, while the other one was stuck inside for more than an hour as experts used a heavy piece of tools to balance the vehicle, Horner said. Both were taken to a medical center with minor accidental injuries.

Horner said he does not have any more information on the residents, but Santa Ana police force said the car owner admitted to getting drugs.
